Get the most out of your money.
Lasers come in all types and forms. With price ranges from $500 to $100,000+, it can be hard to choose. Oftentimes, your budget determines how much machine you can purchase. And the more you spend, the better the machine.
At Thunder, we keep our margins thin and our marketing and labor costs down so you can rest assured you are getting the most bang for your buck.
Hi, I’m Clay. Let me tell you a story.
My name is Clay Luttrell and I am the President of Thunder Laser USA.
Ten years ago, I purchased a ULS machine, which is similar to most Epilog machines on the market. RF tube, USA-manufactured. Great machines.
I purchased this machine for $27,000 and it was fantastic. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Universal, Trotec, and Epilog. They are excellently made laser machines.
But, for me, my business grew and I needed a 2nd machine and I couldn’t afford to shell out another $30k.
So, I bought a Thunder Laser. At the time, they were a not-so-well-known Chinese manufacturer and I had to drop $8k down a PayPal black hole to get one and hope that a laser machine came out 60 days later.
And it did.
And it was fast.
And well-built.
And the support was fantastic.
I was pleasantly surprised and as my business continued to grow, I needed more and more laser machines. After about my 5th laser, Thunder Laser asked me to be their US distributor. I happily obliged.
Fast-forward a few years and here we are…. Happily selling machines that are of equal quality (we even have RF models now)… for a fraction of the cost.
I consistently go to trade shows and grab samples from the other booths and engrave on the back of them. I show them to potential customers so they can see the difference. Hint: Usually, they can’t tell. If they want to spend the extra money, I go ahead and let them.
But I rest easy at night knowing that our lasers are equivalent to these “super bad boys” in the laser world. I know what they can produce and you should too. Send us some material and we will show you. Or peruse Facebook and YouTube to see what these machines are capable of.
Thunder has wicked-fast, US-based support.
When you need help, you need it fast. Like lightning fast. We typically respond in 3-5 minutes, often on weekends and holidays. Check out our reviews to see what others have had to say.
Don’t forget to check the price of replacement parts.
A lot of your high-end lasers have extremely expensive replacement costs. A power supply from us costs about $200 (if you’re outside of your two-year warranty). Might wanna compare a few things like that… Check out replacement lenses. Yikes.
We have clear, consistent pricing. What you see is what you pay… always.
Our pricing is clear and upfront and includes everything you need to run a standard job. It also includes shipping. So you never have to worry if you are getting the best deal. Everyone gets the best deal possible. You will never find our sales folks to be pushy, either. We just want to find the right machine to fit your needs.
No lost sleep wondering if you negotiated the best deal.
We’ve got the thinnest margins in the industry.
At Thunder, we keep our margins thin and our marketing and labor costs down so you can rest assured you are getting the most bang for your buck.
Don’t take our word for it, join Facebook groups and ask other users.
It’s hard to really know the differences in lasers without seeing them up close in action. We would encourage you to join different Facebook groups and ask the community about their machines. There are several for Thunders (and other brands). Our largest Facebook Group can be found here.
